If you are looking to get rid of your fat thighs, then you need to take your diet
very seriously.
You cannot choose where the body reduces fat so you cannot target certain areas.
To reduce fat thighs, you need to reduce your all over body fat. This can be done
by exercise and by a diet which reflects a healthy lifestyle. If you already eat
well and exercise, then it could still be what you are eating that is making you
have fat thighs.
All bodies are different in shape and size, and also in the way
food is metabolised. Depending on your metabolism, your body may prefer more carbohydrates,
or more protein, or a combination of the two. Therefore, if your body really prefers
protein, and you have been giving it more carbohydrates than protein, then your body
will not metabolize the food quickly or properly. This leads to stores of excess
fat. In your case, this fat is stored on your thighs.
