    If you are looking at starting up a diet, then a calorie restricting diets are always a good option. The Yoplait diet Plan is a two week reduced-calorie plan of less than 1200 calorie per day. The plan is simple in that it replaces breakfast and lunch with a Yoplait Light, a serving of fruit and a serving of cereal or a granola bar. The diet encourages a sensible high protein dinner and three additional servings of non-fat dairy per day. However, while the diet plan is safe and nutritious, it is very restrictive.     Yoplait Diet Plan Reviews 
    
    As a dietician I am always interested in testing diets on myself and my clients. I have tested this diet and my Yoplait Diet plan reviews are genuine and based on fact. Myself and all of my clients quickly found the problem with this diet. The diet works by replacing breakfast and lunch with yogurt, cereal and fruit. So in effect you eat breakfast twice! All of my clients were incredibly bored after three days on this diet. It does not matter if you can change the flavour of the yogurt or change the cereal and fruit, the bottom line is that you are eating breakfast twice! Some people find eating breakfast once difficult enough, but twice a day for two weeks is certainly very restricting - unless you really like cereal and yogurt! The diet is great in that it manages to reduce calories to 1200 and includes exercise, but the general consensus from myself and my clients is that it is too restrictive and that they felt very hungry. My other concern with this diet is that Yoplait yogurt includes a lot of proven unhealthy additives. The lite yogurts contain the sugar substitute &apos;aspartame&apos;. With side effects including blindness, depression, headaches anxiety and birth defects, I would discourage the consumption of this additive over a two week period. 
    
    How To Do The Yoplait Diet 
    
    The Yoplait Diet plan is very easy to do. You simply follow a 1200 calorie plan where you start the day with cereal, yogurt and fruit, do the same for lunch and then have a healthy high protein dinner. You can snack on yogurt and fruit. The good question is not how to do the Yoplait diet, but rather, can you stick to eating breakfast twice for a full two weeks? The diet also encourages 30 - 40 minutes of exercise each day. 
    
    Yoplait Yogurt Diet Plan 
    
    An example of the Yoplait yogurt diet plan is a breakfast of Cheerio cereal, a Yoplait lite yogurt and a banana. Lunch - the same again. Dinner - grilled steak and vegetables. Snacks can be raw vegetables and about a cup of other dairy products. This diet is very low in calories and in fat. 
    
    Does The Yoplait Diet Plan Work 
    
    Before embarking on the diet then the main question should be &apos;Does the Yoplait diet plan work? The answer is yes, but it is only a short term diet. The diet is only meant as a two week kick start style programme. Because it is simply a healthy 1200 calorie plan and encourages exercise, you will lose weight on this diet, but you will need to consider another more realistic plan in order to continue to lose weight. 
    
    Yoplait Diet Results 
    
    Yoplait have done their own research and the Yoplait diet results were that women who followed the Yoplait Diet plan for two weeks while exercising 30-40 minutes per day lost an average of 5.3 pounds in two weeks. They also achieved significant reductions in waist size, hip size, BMI and body fat. This is a great result. 
    
    Yoplait Diet Yogurt 
    
    The Yoplait diet plan encourages you to eat Yoplait diet yogurt. As I mentioned earlier in this article, Yoplait diet yogurt contains the artificial sweeter aspartame which has been linked to many illnesses. While I encourage my clients to opt for diet drinks occasionally rather than full sugar drinks, I would be concerned about inducing aspartame constantly over a two week period. Yoplait diet yogurt also includes artificial colouring in the fruit as well as sulphates to preserve the colours. These additives can cause allergic reactions in some people. Choosing to eat the plain normal yoghurt would be the alternative and although you would be consuming slightly more calories and fat, you would still lose weight by adding just an extra 15 minutes exercise to compensate the additional calories. 
    
    Yoplait Diet Plan Recipes 
    
    The Yoplait diet plan recipes are for main meals and they are nutritious and tasty. They contain a large portion of protein cooked a variety of ways and tasty salads and vegetables. Although delicious, the meals are basic and no different from any other low calorie diet recipes. 
    
    Overall, the Yoplait diet plan is not too bad. It is nutritious, but quite boring and sadly the yogurt is loaded with additives. It is also only a short term fix and although it encourages exercise, the diet does not offer an exercise plan.     As a dietician, my job is to research, test and evaluate all diets I can find or hear about, and I have pretty much tried them all now and use many of them on my clients. It has been stated that people can lose about a pound a day without feeling hungry. The HCG can apparently prompt the body to carry away and metabolize fat in the upper arms, bellies and thighs.     Experts warn that the market has become saturated in cheap drops and sprays ($100 per month) but that these are scams, nothing more than placebos and will not work.     When I read that it is a pregnancy hormone, I rang my IVF consultant friend to ask if this was true. HCG is a hormone created by the body naturally in pregnancy and is also used as the final trigger shot in IVF. By taking HCG while not pregnant, HCG actually tricks your body into a state of pregnancy and therefore it burns off fat so the fetus can get enough calories. Marketer&apos;s of the HCG diet state that fat can be localised from stubborn fatty areas.

The body chooses where it stores fat and if your body has chosen to store fat on your thighs, then you will want to get rid of it! There are many way to reduce fat thighs and get long smooth luscious legs - here is how. 
    
    Fat Thighs Men 
    
    But first I must mention men. Fat thighs men - you are not alone. Fat thighs are not just the complaint of women, as men too tend to store fat on the inner thigh and under the buttocks. The advice I give below will reduce fat thighs to skinny thighs with a little dedication and effort for men and women. 
    
    Fat Thighs To Skinny Thighs 
    
    If you are looking to get rid of your fat thighs, then you need to take your diet very seriously. You cannot choose where the body reduces fat so you cannot target certain areas. To reduce fat thighs, you need to reduce your all over body fat. This can be done by exercise and by a diet which reflects a healthy lifestyle. If you already eat well and exercise, then it could still be what you are eating that is making you have fat thighs. 
    
    All bodies are different in shape and size, and also in the way food is metabolised. Simple fast walking is one of the best exercises for fat thighs, but keep your heart rate up by walking with long wide strides.     If you have suddenly seen yourself from behind and have noticed unsightly back fat, then you will be wanting to get rid of it. Back fat is a sign that you are carrying too much extra weight all over your body and recent studies have shown that this middle fat can been linked to diabetes and heart disease. So, not only is back fat unattractive, it is unhealthy. Lets look at ways of getting rid of it! 
    
    Back Fat and Diet 
    
    In order to reduce back fat, you need to reduce all over body fat. If you have back fat, then chances are that you need to burn fat from your stomach and thighs too. So let&apos;s start with diets for quick weight loss. People with a build up of fat in certain areas can often have a very healthy diet but are eating all of the wrong foods. The best diets that work fast involve metabolic typing. This means choosing foods which your body metabolises quickly so that the food is not turned into fat. There are 3 different metabolism types: Protein Types, Carbohydrate types and Mixed Type. If you are a Protein Type, but most of your daily food intake is carbohydrate (no matter how healthy) then you will store fat. When looking for diets that work fast, choose one which takes into account metabolic typing. Also, choose a plan which will change your eating for life. You could spend hours in the gym doing numerous back exercises, but if your back has a covering of fat, you will not even get to see the lovely muscles which lay beneath the covering of back fat. The back fat exercises that you need to focus on are general calorie burning exercises. If you work hard enough, fat will come off your whole body leaving you leaner all over. As a personal trainer I am always being asked about back fat exercises, and I always have the same answer. First, reduce the fat from your body, and then focus on toning up the muscles. 
    
    In order to burn back fat and all over body fat, I recommend a mixture of cardio workouts and weight bearing exercise. Cardio means anything that increases your heart rate, whether it be brisk walking, jogging, swimming, running or aerobics classes. Weight training exercises are an excellent way to reduce fat, because weight training boosts your metabolism and you continue to burn calories long after your workout has finished.     Back Fat Bra 
    
    Back fat bra fat can be a problem for women. While you are on your quest for reducing back fat with diet and exercise, consider what you are wearing. If you have back fat bra fat don&apos;t wear tight fitting stretch fabric tops. Choose linen tops which do not cling and make sure that they are not too tight. Vest are also available with &apos;shelf bras&apos; which support the breasts from the front keeping the back of the vest streamlined. These vests are excellent to wear as an undergarment. 
    
    Back Fat Workouts 
    
    Once you have reduced your overall body fat by using one of the diets for quick weight loss which I recommend, then you will be ready to tone up and create a muscular back by doing back fat workouts. I really recommend that you a join a gym from this point, so that you can use good quality weight training equipment, or also get the advice of a qualified personal trainer. It is easy to injure yourself while weight training if you don&apos;t know what you are doing and back fat work outs can be technical.     Exercises That I recommend as Back Fat Workouts. 
    
    Barbell Bent Over Dead Row 
    
    Bend knees slightly and bend over the bar with your the back straight. Grasp bar with shoulder width overhand grip. Pull the bar up towards your waist. Return until arms are extended and shoulders are stretched forward. Repeat ten times. 
    
    Inverted Row 
    
    Lay on your back under fixed horizontal bar. Grasp the bar with a wide overhand grip. Keeping body straight, pull body up to bar. Return until arms are extended and shoulders are stretched forward. Repeat ten times. 
    
    Dumbbell Bent Over Row 
    
    Kneel over side of bench by placing knee and hand of supporting arm on a bench. Position the foot of your opposite leg slightly back to side. Pick up dumbbell from the floor. Pull dumbbell to up to your side until it makes contact with your ribs or until your upper arm is just beyond horizontal. Return until your arm is extended and your shoulder is stretched downward. Repeat and continue with opposite arm. Do ten reps on each side. 
    
    As you can tell, these exercises would work best with the help of a trainer. Be careful not to load your weights too high and keep the movements slow. Finally, remember, back fat will only come off if you use diets that work fast combined with good exercise.     <title>Inner Thigh Exercises</title>

    It is tough to feel good in today&apos;s fashions when you are self conscious about your thighs. You are not alone. Many women struggle with this area, because estrogen promotes the storage of fat in the lower body, including the rear, hips, and thighs. Though this is less of an issue for men, who tend to store excess weight in their midsections, some do still experience that awful chafe when thighs rub together. 
    
    Inner Thigh Exercises 
    
    Though you can&apos;t reduce fat in a specific body part, you can strengthen and tone your inner thigh muscles (the adductors) through exercise, for greater strength and a shapelier appearance. As a happy side effect, your workout will promote loss of fat in your whole body, which will take inches off your thighs as well. In general, if your focus is on your thighs, you will want to choose a routine that includes plenty of attention on the legs. Spend your time on a series of squats, lunges, and leg presses, to feel the effects in that hard to reach area. 
    
    Inner Thigh Exercises for Women 
    
    You don&apos;t have to have a gym membership to get your thighs in shape - do these at home for results in 4-6 weeks: 
    
    Squats using any recognized technique are super for targeting your inner thigh muscles. Keep in mind that the wider apart you keep your feet when you squat, the more impact your adductors will feel. Add in some hand weights while you do the squats, for an extra-effective workout experience. 
    
    A medium rubber exercise ball is great for strengthening your inner thighs ? lie on your back for this one. Hold the ball between your bent knees and squeeze tight for at least 30 seconds before you relax. Repeat this for five sets of five, and see the benefits before you know it. 
    
    The simple crossover will exercise your inner thighs, as well as add to coordination. While you are standing with your feet pointing forward, step to one side. Use the opposite foot to cross over the front of the first. Step to the side again, and use the opposite foot to cross over the back of the first. Keep this going from side to side, bearing in mind that the wider steps you take, the better the workout for your inner thighs. 
    
    Inner Thigh Exercises for Men 
    
    Though the challenge for men might be different, you can still benefit from squats and crossovers. Add in a couple more moves for extra advantage: 
    
    While seated, bring the soles of your feet together, and pull them in as close as you can to your groin. Move your knees up and down in unison, slowly, for approximately 15 repetitions. 
    
    While lying on your side, lift the top leg up as far as you can, and bring it back down slowly. These leg lifts should be repeated in sets of 15, before switching to the other side.
